For the first time in Chauntry’s 20 year history, the number of bookings made on Chauntry systems exceeded 10 million. With an average of 2.8 passengers per booking this means 30 million passengers a year are now booking and paying in advance for their parking on the Chauntry platform.
In response to customer demand, Chauntry has now created a new Managed Service division within their business. The Chauntry team will now set up and maintain the data needed to support the online selling of parking and other airport related products.
Edmonton Airport in Canada has recently extended their online customer registration supplied by Chauntry to capture details of their wi-fi customers.
The new system went live in October 2015 and has been extremely well received by their passengers.
